How to Take Advantage of Manufacturer Specials at Castilone This Summer

To make the most of Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram manufacturer specials this summer, start on our Manufacturer Specials page to see current factory rebates, cash-back offers, and lease incentives, then layer those factory programs with the ways we help Batavia drivers save. Pick the model you want, check which incentives it currently qualifies for, and get pre-approved so you can lock a deal before offers change.
There is also a New York sales tax rule that changes what a rebate is actually worth, and almost nobody explains it. That is covered below.

Start With the Factory Offers, Because They Change Monthly

Manufacturer incentives from Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram are set by the automaker, they vary by model and trim, and they usually reset each month. That timing is the whole point of shopping in summer: the offer you see today may improve, expire, or shift to a different model next month, so it pays to check current numbers rather than assume.
You will typically see a few kinds of offers across the lineup:
  • Cash-back rebates, applied toward your purchase price.
  • Low-APR financing for well-qualified buyers on select models.
  • Lease incentives, often shown as a monthly payment with an amount due at signing.
One thing worth understanding early: on most vehicles you choose between a cash rebate and promotional financing rather than taking both. Which one saves you more depends on your loan term, your down payment, and how long you plan to keep the vehicle. A large rebate often wins on shorter terms or with money down. A low rate often wins on longer terms. Ask us to run both so you can see the difference in real numbers.
Because the exact figures move, we do not print them here. See the live details on our new vehicle specials and monthly specials pages, where current offers are listed with their terms.

The New York Rule That Changes What a Rebate Is Worth

This is the part most incentive guides skip, and it is worth a minute.
In New York, a manufacturer rebate does not reduce the amount you pay sales tax on. A dealer discount does. Both put the same money back in your pocket on the sticker price, but only one of them also reduces your tax bill.
So two offers of the same size are not equal. A factory rebate saves you the rebate. A dealer discount of the same amount saves you the discount plus the sales tax you would have paid on it. In Genesee County, that is roughly an extra eight percent of the discount amount.
The same principle works in your favor on a trade-in. New York lets a trade-in reduce the taxable purchase price, there is no cap on the credit, and the full appraised value counts rather than just your equity in the vehicle. So a car you still owe money on still delivers its full value against your tax bill.
None of that means you should skip a factory rebate. It means that when you are comparing two paths to a similar number, the structure matters, and it is worth asking us to lay out the actual out-the-door figure for each rather than comparing headline discounts. Tax treatment depends on your specific transaction, so confirm the details with our team.

Match the Offer to the Right Model

Different incentives land on different vehicles, so the smartest summer shoppers pick the model first, then see what it currently qualifies for. A few starting points from our lineup:
  • Ram 1500. Batavia truck buyers can compare current offers and build options here, or browse the full Ram inventory. Worth knowing that the HEMI V8 returned to the 1500 for 2026 after sitting out 2025, which is drawing a lot of local interest.
  • Jeep Grand Cherokee and the wider Jeep family. Explore the new Grand Cherokee or the full Jeep inventory. For 2026 the Grand Cherokee gained a new 2.0-liter Hurricane turbocharged engine at 324 horsepower, standard from Laredo Altitude up.
  • Jeep Wrangler. Standard 4x4 on every trim, three engine choices, and a lineup running from Sport through the V8-powered Moab 392.
  • Dodge Charger and Durango. See what is available across the Dodge inventory. The Durango's HEMI is back across the lineup for 2026.
  • Chrysler Pacifica. Compare trims and offers in the Chrysler inventory.
Once you know which vehicle fits your driveway and your budget, you can zero in on the incentive that actually applies to it, instead of chasing a headline number that belongs to a different trim.

A Note on Plug-In Hybrid Offers

If you have been watching for Jeep 4xe incentives, worth knowing that Stellantis ended its plug-in hybrid programs, so the Wrangler 4xe and Grand Cherokee 4xe are no longer in production. The federal clean vehicle tax credit that applied to plug-in hybrids also expired at the end of September 2025.
Any remaining 4xe models would be pre-owned, and we can tell you what is around if that is specifically what you are after.

Layer the Dealership's Own Ways to Save

Factory incentives are only half the picture. We run our own programs that can pair with manufacturer offers, and reviewing them is part of getting a complete deal.
Our Ways to Save hub is the place to see what is currently offered, and depending on your situation you may also want to look at the First Time Buyer Program, the On the Job Allowances program, and the Refer-a-Friend program. Each has its own eligibility rules, so confirm the specifics with our team before you count on any single one.
A trade-in is another lever that works alongside a rebate rather than against it. Getting a real number on your current vehicle lowers what you finance and, as covered above, what you pay tax on. Worth a quick trade-in value request early in the process rather than at the last minute.

Get Your Financing Ready So You Can Move Fast

Summer offers reward buyers who are ready to act, and two steps make a real difference.
First, run the numbers yourself with our payment calculator so you walk in knowing what a comfortable monthly payment looks like. Second, get pre-approved through our finance department. Pre-approval tells you what you qualify for and lets you claim a time-sensitive offer without scrambling for paperwork.
If you finance or lease, the advertised rate or payment carries specific terms set by the lender or the automaker. Ask our team to walk you through the full terms in writing before you sign, so there are no surprises on APR, the amount due at signing, or the number of payments.

Put It All Together

Here is the sequence that works:
  • Review current factory offers on the Manufacturer Specials page.
  • Pick your model and confirm which incentive applies to that exact trim.
  • Ask about rate versus cash, since on most vehicles you choose one or the other.
  • Check the dealership programs to see what can pair with the factory offer.
  • Value your trade and get pre-approved so you are ready before the offer changes.
Doing these in order is how you avoid the two most common summer mistakes: falling for a headline number that belongs to a different vehicle, and missing an offer because the month turned over before you were ready to buy.
